Max Lustig of 435 Irving Ave., 70, Onondaga County Cattle Dealer, died yesterday in University Hospital. Mr. Lustig was born in Poland and entered into wholesale cattle trade soon after coming to Syracuse 45 years ago. He was a member of Poiley Tzadek Lodge and a member of the Wholesale Co-Operative Meat Dealers Association. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Anna Lea Lustig; two daughters, Miss Dorothy Lustig and Mrs. Lester Gordon, both of Syracuse; five sons, Irving and Myron Lustig of Watertown; Alexander, Carl and Leonard Lustig of Syracuse, and six grandchildren. Services will be conducted at the Birnbaum Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. today. Burial will be in Grody Cemetery.
