Hyman Silverman
Hyman Silverman, 47, native of Rumania and resident of Syracuse for the last 30 years, died last night at the Crouse Irving Hospital, where he had been a patient since Wed. He was a member of Lessing Lodge, IOOF, and of the Independent Order of Bnai Abraham. He was proprietor of a Grocery Store at 1400 Onondaga St. for a number of years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Rose Brownfield Silverman; a daughter, Gertrude Silverman; five brothers, Manuel, Edward, Hazizy, Maxwell and Bernard Silverman, and a sister, Mrs. William VIctor. William Hart, undertaker, brought the body to the home, 1400 Onondaga St., where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 2 o.clock by Rabbi Joseph Zambroski. Burial will be in Jamesville Gate Cemetery.
